Disclaimer: Machine Wash Cold. Do Not Bleach or Tumble Dry (Line Dry). Do Not Iron or Dry Clean. Some Shrinkage is considered normal after washing. With flatbed dye-sublimation sock printing, only one side of a sock is printed at a time. Each sock runs through the sublimation machinery twice to be printed on both sides (the front and back). The printing on the edges of socks overlap slightly resulting in a fine imprint line running the length of each sock (this fine line is more visible with lighter colored imprints). We advise keeping logos ½” away from sock edges to avoid logos being cut off. Additionally, small creases in socks may occur during printing which will appear as small white spaces. These conditions are unavoidable and are not considered defects. Please note all socks are printed in their original manufactured state not stretching. As the sock stretches when worn the logo will distort and color will lighten up. The amount of distortion and color change depends on the amount of stretching and is not considered a defect. It is not uncommon in some cases for print to become illegible and the color to show white lines proportionally as stretching increases however this is not considered a defect. Credits or returns not accepted.
Material Color: Material color may vary from shipment to shipment and dye lot to dye lot. The physical color of an object depends on how it absorbs and scatters light. No electronic device can truly capture actual color and in most cases the way each person experiences color is entirely subjective. Innovation makes no claims regarding color and if material color is critical to your customer, samples must be ordered in advance. Credits will not be made nor returns accepted for issues regarding material colors.

Important Information: Proofs provided are for logo placement and size approval only. The colors shown on e-proofs may not be accurately represented on your computer monitor (All metallic inks will NOT show up as metallic on screen) and PMS colors as printed in the Pantone Color Book are only a reference point. Therefore, e-proofs are not an exact color representation. Variations in print substrates/materials make it impossible to exactly duplicate PMS colors on Innovation Line products. Color variation cannot be considered a defect due to ink, lighting, and material variations. Innovation Line is not responsible for any color variation. In screen printing pad printing, Sublimation or transfer process exact color matches cannot be achieved. Regarding color matching, dye-sublimation printing uses a computer printer to generate a heat transfer to transfer the image onto fabric. Dye-sublimation printers use CMYO (Cyan Magenta Yellow Overcoating) colors, which differs from the more recognized CMYK colors in that the black is eliminated in favor of a clear overcoating. As a result, PMS inks cannot be matched exactly. They are only a reference point and an approximation. Laser engraving appears on actual item as tone on tone (as the laser engraving uses the laser to burn through the surface), on clear acrylic it appears white frost, on a proof laser engraving is most often shown in gray color. Imprint will shift slightly when printed or lasered. Each product is manufactured and printed individually, so 3/16” movement in logo alignment may result and cannot be considered a defect in printing.
